Earl “Tiny” Walker was born on April 9, 1925 in Antlers, OK to Sam Houston and Josephine Nabors Walker and passed away on July 16, 2015 in Durant, Ok at the age of 90 years, 3 months and 7 days.

Tiny was a long haul truck driver for 50 years until his retirement. He moved to Bryan County 12 years ago from Atoka County. He enjoyed playing dominoes with his buddies in Caney, traveling, watching his favorite team, the Texas Rangers and he treasured his family.

Tiny was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jimmy Dale Walker; daughters Tretha Gail Smith and Pam Walker; brothers, Clarence, Elzie and Houston Walker and granddaughter, Deborah Wing.

Tiny is survived by his daughters, Sandra Lou Wing of Muskogee, OK and Deborah Ann Thomas and husband Roy of McAlester, OK; sister, Claudine Wolery of Lane, OK; daughter in law, Sharon Kay Earley-Walker of Durant, OK; grandchildren, Jennifer Kay Walker McElroy and husband Kris, Shane Walker, Dawna Pachuca and husband Michael, Jamee Bradford, Rebecca Glenn and husband Chris, Angela Boswell, Sherry Wing, Shawn Thomas and wife Amanda and Tessa Kelly and husband Craig; numerous great grandchildren; special friend, Jean Sims and many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 21st at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Bill Ledbetter officiating.

Interment will follow in Caney Cemetery with Nathan Hart, Shane Walker, Daniel Thurman, Steve Nabors, Kris McElroy and Jesse Petty serving as pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Walker, Thomas Walker, Jack Walker, Lonnie Walker and Roy Blackburn. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6-8 PM.
