Norma Ann Hogan, age 76, a longtime Atoka, OK resident. She was born on Monday, November 1, 1948, to William George and Beatrice Modean (Shelton) Stark, at Roswell, NM. Norma passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025 at her home in Atoka, OK. She attended and graduated from Atoka High School. Norma was a homemaker and the housewife. She married Dale Hogan on Thursday, April 23rd, 1987 at Antlers, Oklahoma. They have enjoyed 37 years of marriage together before her passing. Norma grew up attending the Assembly of God Church in Atoka, Ok. She then started attending Lane Pentecostal Church in Lane, Ok. In her younger days, she enjoyed bowling, fishing, shopping, yard selling, and spending time with her family. Norma loved talking and visiting with people. She never met a stranger. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mom, nana, great nana, sister, aunt, and cousin.

Norma is survived by her husband, Dale Hogan of the home in Atoka, OK; daughter, Kristy Coles and husband Paul of Lane, OK; grandson, Bryce Lopez and wife Lesley of Atoka OK; granddaughter, Kourtney Cheadle and husband Donte of Lane, OK; great grandkids, Grayslynn Williams, Gunner Lopez, Grizzly Lopez, Kloee Cheadle, Tyson Cheadle , and Winchester Cheadle; siblings, Louis "Pete" Stark of Atoka, OK, Freddie Stark and wife Peggy of Atoka, OK, Tommy Stark of Atoka, Wanda (Stark) Logue and husband James G. of Atoka, OK, Debbie (Stark) Powell and husband Robert of Atoka, OK, Rita (Stark) McGarrah and husband Denver of Springdale, AR; brother in law, Harvey Hogan of Bentley, OK; sister in law, Bonnie Hogan of Bentley, OK

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, William George and Beatrice Modean (Shelton) Stark; brothers, Richard Don Green, George David Stark; sister, Ruby Green; aunts, Azalea Burleson, Fay Pierson, Dorthy Smith, Floy McElroy; uncle; Melvin Shelton; cousins, Jackie Burleson, Bobbie Danderson; nephew, Shawn Wilson.
