ALINE — Funeral service for Hodd Baker, 67, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept., 30, 2015, at the Glorious Church, west of Ringwood, Okla. Burial will follow at Aline Star Cemetery with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena. Viewing is 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today, Sept. 29, at the funeral home. (www.lanmanmemorials.com)

Hodd Lee Baker was born Feb. 21, 1948, in Monterey Park, Calif., to Lee and Gladys McConkey Baker and passed from this life on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015.

He married Marilyn Booze of Aline, Okla., on Sept. 4, 1970. To this union, their daughter, Kendi, was born. In February 1999, he married Sharon Cathey Coenen. Their joy together was serving the Lord. In January 2013, Hodd received a blessing. His grandson, Jackson Lee, was born. He was the light of his life the past two and a half years.

Hodd was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Marilyn.

Hodd is survived by his wife, Sharon; his daughter, Kendi Wooten and husband Rhett; grandson, Jackson; a special sister-in-law, Maricarol Wilson; stepsons, Travis Jeffries and Dan Coenen; stepdaughter, Shannon Coke; stepgrandson, Connor Coke; and many friends and family.
