Alice Jean Kemper, daughter of Harvey F. Moreland andd Beulah (Stephens) Moreland, was born November 9, 1936 in Kansas City, Missouri and departed this life on April 25, 2009 in Springdale, Arkansas at the age of 72 years, 5 months and 17 days.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Donald C. Kemper, her brother; Bill Moreland and great granddaugher; Courtney Stroud.
She is survived by her loving family that includes her 5 children; 3 daughters; Jeanette Lang and husband Tom of Kennesaw, Georgia, Stephanie Smithey and husband Rick of Proctor, OK, Sheryl Nelson and husband Clyde of Neosho, Missouri, 2 sons; Stephen Kemper of Westville, OK, Greg Kemper and wife Debbie of Westville, OK., 12 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren, 2 brothers; Paul Moreland and wife Mary Jean of Wickenberg, Arizona, Tommy Moreland of Glendale, Arizona.
