Kaisley Renee Frazier, infant daughter of Tyler Frazier and Lacey Davison, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Springdale, Arkansas.

Kaisley was born on October 10, 2018 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She is survived by her parents, Tyler Frazier and Lacey Davison of Westville, one sister, Kayler Hammer of the home; maternal grandparents, Ronnie Davison and wife, Laura, and Lora Burrows; paternal grandparents, Tommy Frazier and wife Wendy, and Scarlet Frazier; maternal great-grandparents, Gene and Eileen Davison and Jane Burrows; paternal  great-grandparents, Tom Frazier, and Gene and Leta King; three aunts, Nicole Black, Felicia Brown, and Sara Foreman; and four uncles, Brett Frazier, Nikolas Davison, Aaron Davison, and Cordel Gifford.

The visitation will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Backstr   Pyeatte Funeral Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Rick Pathkiller officiating. Burial will be held at the Westville City Cemetery following the service.
