Juanita Terrapin the daughter of William and Sarah (Coleman) Eagle was born December 5, 1937, in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 7, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, and 2 days.

Juanita was a loving, caring lady who enjoyed making people happy. She wanted to help anyone in any way that she could. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Stilwell, where she served for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed cooking, working puzzle books and watching sports with William. Juanita touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Cecil Eagle, Bonita Eagle, Willeta Duncan, Lee Roy Eagle, and John Eagle.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 45 years William Terrapin of the home; her children Nona Burris, Cleta Fourkiller, Nola Glass Jr., Randy Glass and Angela Burgess and husband Tim of Stilwell; her sisters Oleta Dornbrack of Stilwell, and Kahleetah Sexton of Green Bay, WI; her brother Lucky Eagle and wife Kazuko of Hayward, CA; and her sister-in-law Judy Eagle of Fayetteville, AR. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, church family and other relatives also survive her.

 

Public Viewing was held,1:00 PM, Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Tyler Springs Cemetery and the Funeral Service held, 2:00 PM, Monday, December 13, 2021 at the First Baptist Church.  Both services were under the direction of Roberts-Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
