Rev. Jimmy Lee Pritchett, son of Columbus and Nancy (Daugherty) Pritchett, was born on June 1, 1951 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on Friday, March 17, 2017 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years, 9 months and 16 days.

He was a member of Piney Creek Baptist Church and served as an Ordained Deacon for many years at Salem Baptist. Jimmy was also an Ordained Minister. He held several different positions in the church. He loved playing softball and later in life loved watching his kids and grandkids play ball. He loved watching wrestling and car racing. Jimmy was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He loved Gospel singings.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents: Columbus and Nancy Pritchett, brothers: Willard Kirk, Rev. Willie"Sonny" Pritchett and an infant brother, sisters: Ruby Sawney, Louis Nofire and an infant sister, a special grandson: Braeden "Big Guy" Pritchett-Proctor.

He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of over 42 years: Marilyn Pritchett of the home in Stilwell, sons: Brian Pritchett and wife Cherry, Mark Pritchett of the home, Jimmy Lee Pritchett, Jr. and companion Kindra of Westville, daughters: Regina Pritchett and Melanie Pritchett of the home, Verlita Duncan and husband Kenny, all of Stilwell, 23 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, siblings: Rufus Pritchett and wife Vina of Stilwell, sisters: Louella Brown and husband Elwood, Sally Pritchett, all of Stilwell, Callie Taylor and husband Virgil of Greenwood, Ark., Juanita Sevenstar of Belfonte, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, with Brother Sam Brannon, Brother Richard Pickup and Brother Joey Ketcher officiating. Interment followed at Tyler Springs Cemetery, Stilwell.
