William Raymond Trentham

William Raymond Trentham was born on July 19, 1920, in Yale, Okla., and passed from this life on Jan. 6, 2013, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 92.
Raymond was blessed with a large, loving family and many friends. He worked several trades throughout his life, from shopkeeper to butcher to mechanic, whatever was necessary to remain an excellent provider for his family. He enjoyed the outdoors, tinkering with things that were broken, making his family knick knacks out of wood, spending time with those he loved and living each day to the fullest. William will be remembered and missed by all of those blessed to have known him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; first wife, Lola; parents, Christopher and Emma (Guffy); and brothers, Jim and Ewell.
William is survived by his children: Pat Self of Leesburg, Texas; Cassie Balle, Diane Escobedo, Linda Balle, Tracey Hennen and Lori Trentham, of Wichita Falls, Texas; Christine Frerich of North Liberty, Iowa; Elaine Trentham Moore of Garland, Texas; Ken Trentham, Timothy Trentham and Kyle R. Trentham, of Fort Worth, Texas; and Chris Trentham of Olney, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Steve Stasny officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery.
