Billy Malcom Telford, son of Clarence Malcom and Clara Belle (Henson) Telford, was born on January 14, 1943 in Yuma, Arizona and passed from this life on Sunday, February 2, 2014 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years.

Bill supported his family as a route supervisor for Waste Management Company. He was a loving father, grandfather and a loyal friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Clara Telford, brothers: Frank and Stephen Telford.

Bill is survived by his daughter: Tammy Osborn of Stilwell, OK, grandchildren: Mathew Osborn, Alana Troidl and Nickol Osborn of Hemet, CA, Laura Edwards and husband Zachary of Omaha, NE, David Osborn of Romaland, CA, great grandchildren: Lucas Osborn of Hemet, CA, Leilah Edwards of Omaha, NE, brother: Jerry Telford and wife Barbara of Stilwell, sisters: Lena Bacon and husband John of Stilwell, Betty Seanes of Stilwell and Karen Slatton and husband Vance of Hemet, CA, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services at 1 pm on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Rev. Max Ford officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery.
