Debra Ann Johnson was born in Stilwell, Oklahoma on March 23, 1967 to Loyd Keith Johnson and Rita Ann (Ritter) Johnson.

Debbie departed this life on July 23, 2006 at Stilwell Memorial Hospital in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 39.

Debbie was preceded in death by one brother, Major Brent Johnson, maternal grandfather, George W. Ritter and paternal grandmother, Ethel Clinton.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Kayla Ann Johnson, of the home; her parents, two brothers and their wives, Bryan and Brenda Johnson, of Wyandotte, OK., Kevin and Becky Johnson, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; grandparents, Maxine and Watie Hembree; a niece, a nephew and several uncles, aunts and great aunts.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at Stilwell City Cemetery with Rev. Terry Hall officiating.
Burial is under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
