Lenora Ethel Howard
July 16, 1922-March 27, 2008
Lenora Ethel Howard the daughter of Robert Meadows and Gertrude (Kelly) Meadows was born July 16, 1922 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life March 27, 2008 in Grove, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years 8 months and 11 days.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers; Bob and Otto, 3 sisters; Sophie, Ruby, and Sarah.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband of 61 years Lloyd Howard, 2 daughters; Brneda McCarty and husband Bobby Dale of Calico Rock, AR., Barbara Perrin and husband Jay of Grove, OK, 5 grandchildren; Michael Shawn Cummins and wife Carmen of Owasso, OK, Denise Michelle Wilson and husband Chris of Broken Arrow, OK, Heather Diane Cummins of Georgia, John Richard Verardo and wife Julie of Coweta, OK, Lenora Ellen Callahan and husband David of Tulsa, OK, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, a host of relatives and many other friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 31, 2008 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jimmie Ray officiating.
Interment followed in the Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
