May 14, 1914 - January 3, 2007
Kitty Hill, youngest daughter of Frank C. Adair and Sabrina Buffington Adair, was born in Piney, Oklahoma on May 14, 1914.
Kitty departed this life to be with her Lord and reunited with her beloved family on January 3, 2007 at the age of 92 years, 7 months, and 26 days.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Carl Hill; one son, Raymond Eugene; brothers, Zeke and Edgar Adair, sisters, Jayne Bradley, Eudora Ritchie, Effie Sanders and Emma Belle Garrett.
On November 14, 1934, Kitty Adair married Carl R. Hill and to this union were born 2 children; Raymond Eugene Hill who died in infancy, and Gloria Jeanne Hill.
Kitty leaves to mourn her passing but to celebrate her well earned homegoing; one daughter, Gloria J. Rather and husband Bob of Westville; one grandson, Major Bradley Rather and wife Pam of Fort Bragg, N.C. proudly serving his country in Iraq; two great grandchildren; Kaitlyn Jeanne Rather and Austin James Rather of Fort Bragg, N.C. and a host of other nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the Roberts Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jack Steele officiating.
Interment followed in Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Westville.
