Funeral services for Orval A. HENSLEY, 74, of Stilwell, were held Monday, January 26, 1998 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Rev. Darrell LACIE and Rev. Bobby COTHREN officiating.
Burial was in the Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
He was born on January 20, 1924, in Cherokee County, Okla., to Harve HENSLEY and Susie SPADE HENSLEY. He died Saturday, January 24, at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell.
He was a welder and a member of the Whitmire Community Church.
He served in the U.S. Army during W.W. 11.
He was married to Pauline BUTLER on November 7, 1989 in Bentonville, Ark.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; one sister, Emmy; three brothers, J.C., Lee and Leonard.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline of the home; one son, Orval of Texas; one daughter Margie of Okla.; five sisters, Lillie, Barbara, Imogene and Louene, all of Okla., and Louella of N.M.; three brothers, Ronald, Donny and Naylor, all of Okla.; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

Pauline Butler Hensley
December 13, 1917 - February 6, 2009
Pauline Butler Hensley was born December 13, 1917, in Wedding, Arkansas to Lon Owens and Artely (Hudson) Owens. She passed from this life February 6, 2009, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas at the age of 91 years, 1 month and 23 days.
Pauline was married to Leonard Claude Butler in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on April 2, 1937. After his death, she married Orval Andrew Hensley in Benton County, Arkansas on November 7, 1989. Pauline was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her family. She was a member of Whitmire Church but most recently attended Antioch Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death her parents, both husbands, eight sisters, Esthel, Annil, Dessie, Viola, Girtrude, Delpha, Myrel and one infant sister, one brother, Lester and one great grandson, Zachery Aaron Wolf.
She leaves behind one daughter Margie Doyle and husband, Burl, of Stilwell; grandchildren, Carl Bottoms and wife, Evelyn, of Stilwell, Jimmy Lee King, of Stilwell, Connie Fatheree and husband, J.W. Jr., of Dry Creek, OK, Kenneth Lee King and wife, Terri, of Muskogee, James Edward King and wife, Carla, of LaPine, OR; great grandchildren, Leon and Melanie Hitcher, Cord Wyatt King, Rhonda and David Wolf, Terry Jason and Valerie Olive, Michael Dee Olive, Tabitha and Chris Rich, Leonard James King, Brandon Lee King, Jimmy Lee and Mandy King, Haley and Nicole King and great-great grandchildren, Flint, Kimber and Logan Wolf, EagleDancer and Makinleighe Rich, Dalton, Eric and Daizy Olive, Anbelen King and a special friend, Rita King.
Graveside services were held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at the Stilwell City Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Lacie officiating. Burial was under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
