Vonceal “Vonnie” (Maxwell) Hatfield died peacefully August 22, 2018 at the age of 79.

Vonceal is survived by her husband, Jack Hatfield of Hennessey; daughters, Jackie Radford of Crescent, Gwen Roberts of Denver, Colorado, Tresa  Beard of Nashville, Tennessee, and son Randy Hatfield of Washington, D.C.

She is preceded in death by son, Greg Hatfield of Arkansas.

Vonceal was born September 27, 1938, in Elmore City, Oklahoma, to the late Autrey and Marie Maxwell. She graduated from Southeast High School in Oklahoma City in 1957. She married Jack Hatfield in Gallup, New Mexico, in 1960.

She and her husband have been residents of Hennessey for 50 years.

Memorial services were held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Hennessey Church of Christ, Hennessey, Oklahoma.

Interment services were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Stilwell City Cemetery, Stilwell, with Bro. Larry Hatfield officiating. They were directed by Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell.
