Janice Sue Guthrie, daughter of Elva and Grace Lee (Anderson) Brock was born September 9, 1946 in Stilwell, OK and departed this life on October 12, 2018 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 1 month and 3 days.

She worked as a cook for many years to provide for her family. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She also enjoyed time spent with her family.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents; Elva and Grace Lee Brock and nieces; Katherine Leach.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Donald Guthrie, LaDonna Bailey and husband Sheridan all of Westville, OK, grandchildren; Patrick Trentham, Shelby Trentham, Brittany Trentham, Kevin Guthrie, Christopher Bailey and Tyeisha Bailey. Great grandchildren; Beau Dale Swafford and Eden Jennings, siblings; Norma Lee Leach of Boise City, OK, Shirley Carr of Vian, OK, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Graveside services were held at1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in the Stilwell City Cemetery with Bro. Larry Eubanks officiating. Arrangements were under the care of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
