Floye Belle Downing, the daughter of William Henry Issacs and Bertha (Jernagan) Isaacs, was born September 11, 1930 in Hazel Valley, Arkansas.
She passed away January 5, 2007 at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 76.
Her surviving family includes her children, Russell Coyote and wife Dana of Cainsville, MO, Tom R. Clinton and wife Colleen of Tulsa, Earl D. Clinton and wife Glenda K. of Stilwell, Billy J. Clinton and wife Laura J., of Pryor Creek, Rickey G. Clinton and wife Janice of Stilwell, Linda K. Waterdown and husband, George of Tulsa; two brothers, Norman Isaacs and wife Pat of Stilwell and Major Isaacs of Tongonoxie, KS; four sisters, Lillie Calhoun of Tahlequah, Josephine Black of Woodland, CA, Myrtle Coombes of Fresno, CA, Betty Doyle and husband Ray of Stilwell, 16 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
