Andrew Carl Cain began life on Sunday, October 3, 1926 in Welling, Oklahoma. He was the second of ten children born to Floyd Edmond and Cosy Leota (Calico) Cain. On Friday, May 4, 2018 he went to meet the one he loves the most, his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

His second birth and what he considered to be the best day of his life was at 6 years old in his dad’s barn when he asked Jesus Christ into his heart. He was an elder at Rocky Mountain Bible Church and served faithfully for many years.

Andrew was drafted at the age of 18 and served in the Philippines and Korea.

There were a multitude of things he loved including carpentry, bee keeping, raising a garden, strawberries, cattle, supervising and providing direction for his family, but most of all he loved people of all ages and spending time in God’s Word.

He is preceded in death by his parents and six brothers, Flo, Frank, Bill, Bob, Carl and Clyde and one sister, Wilma Eubanks.

Andrew is survived by eight children, Ronald and wife Teresa, Janice, Patsy and husband John, Lanny and wife Youlanda, David and wife Tressia, Andrea and husband Ricky, Radena, Stephanie and husband Jeff, one sister, Sue Johnson and husband Cecil, one brother, Gary Cain and wife Donna, 18 grandchildren, 18 great -grandchildren, many adopted children and a multitude of family and friends.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Roberts/Reed- Culver Chapel, Stilwell with Brother Rob Matlack and Jeff Anderson officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery, Stilwell.
