Graveside services for Elsie Carrie Boster were held Friday December 21, 2018 at the Stilwell City Cemetery with Bro. Larry Eubanks officiating. Services were entrusted to Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.

 

Elsie Carrie Boster, the daughter of Earnest and Bertha (Hamilton) Kelley, was born March 18, 1933 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and she departed this life on December 17, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 8 months and 29 days.

 

Elsie loved life and adored her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. She enjoyed getting together with family and she loved to cook. She enjoyed sewing and working in her flower garden. Elsie touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Cecil Boster; her daughter Uvona Morris; four brothers and two sisters.

 

She is survived by a loving family which includes her daughters Brenda Thompson and husband Thomas of Phoenix, Ariz., Delores Koch of Stilwell, Janice Kennedy of Oklahoma City, Sharon Lyles of Conway, Ark., and Loretta Boster of Stilwell; her sisters Pearl Boster, Goldie Brown and Geneva Poor all of Stilwell; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
