Adolph Edwin Leutsch, Jr. Ed was born June 15, 1934 to Adolph and Mary Ruth Bunch Leutsch and departed this life on January 29, 2010. Ed graduated from Central High School in Tulsa, lived briefly in his favorite big city, San Francisco, during World War II and worked all his life in Tulsa in the printing industry including with the Tulsa World and Tulsa Tribune before retiring from Western Printing in 2003. In 1956, he married Barbara Olson. Following their sixteen years marriage, they maintained mutual respect and pride in the accomplishments of their two children. In 1979, he married his soul mate, Geraldine Trammel, and embraced his extended family in both Tulsa and Stilwell. Throughout his life, Ed enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, reading and studying history, music, movies, cooking for his family, road trips to explore the back roads and roads less traveled, a special trip to Germany, collecting antiques and treasures, maintaining an extensive garden, care taking of others, and most of all spending time with his beloved family and friends. Ed was particularly an accomplished and colorful story teller and able to entertain all who knew him with his remarkable skill. Ed was preceded in death by his father, Adolph Edwin Leutsch, Sr. and is survived by his mother Mary Ruth Leutsch his wife, Geraldine Leutsch, daughter, Connie Lee Kirkland and husband Eddie son, Larry Edwin Leutsch and wife Donna, stepdaughter, Tina Hough sister Nina Wright brother, Dennis Leutsch grandchildren, Jeff, Steve and Trace Kirkland, Tyler Leutsch, Rachel Pruitt and Annie Hough lifetime friend, Rex Burner and wife Pat numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Roberts Reed-Culver Chapel in Stilwell, Oklahoma with Bro. Jackie Patterson officiating. Interment followed at Spade Mountain Cemetery, Stilwell, Oklahoma under the direction of Roberts Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
