Funeral services for Arch Flute, age 80, of Bunch, will be held Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Assembly of God in Bunch, OK with Bro. Wayne Bunch and Bro. Charlie Shell officiating.

Interment will follow at South Bunch Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
Arch Flute, the son of Wash Flute and Cora (Pettit) Flute, was born October 11, 1926, in Bunch, Oklahoma.
He passed away August 19, 2007, at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell, OK at 80 years of age.
Arch served our country in the U.S. Army and served as a deacon at Sanders Flats Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors, singing and going to church as well as spending time with his family.
His parents, an infant brother, and one sister, Nellie Jean Flute preceded him in death.
His surviving family includes his wife, Fayola, of the home; three sons, Archie Flute and wife, Frances, Tommy Flute, all of Bunch, OK., John Flute and wife, Greata, of Fairfield Community, Adair County OK, four daughters, Viola Baldridge and husband, Curtis, of Chewey, OK, Cora Flute, Rebecca Flute, Tena Flute and James Nofire, all of Bunch, OK; two step brothers, Bob Bearpaw, of Lyon Switch Community, Adair County OK, and Leon Bearpaw, of Rocky Mountain Community, Adair County OK, one sister, Sally Johnson, of Sallisaw, OK; seven grandchildren, one step granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and loved ones.
