Harry Soap, son of Na-Nathla Alex and Puna (Duncan) Soap, was born April 3, 1936 in Stilwell, OK, and departed this life to be with our Lord on April 9, 2015 in Pryor, OK at the age of 79 years and 6 days.

Harry loved fishing, huntingwild onions and gardening. He attended Chuculate Baptist Church while his health permitted. He made his life right with the Lord on Feb 27, 2015 and enjoyed reading his Cherokee Bible. People will fondly remember seeing him at Walmart and the grocery store visiting with people. He enjoyed time spent with family especially his nieces Azrah and Ava but loved them all.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Alex and Puna Soap, sisters; Genora Cochran, Irene Wolfe, Lula Teehee, Lucille McCuistion, Martha Squirrel, brothers; Nelson, Levi and Bobby Lee Soap and 1 daughter; Helen Guevara.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his children; Lloyd Littledeer, Marilyn Littledeer, Christine Littledeer, grandchildren; Derrick, Anna, Brandon. Siblings; Inola Grimmett, John E. Soap all of Stilwell, Ok, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 1 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Roberts Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. John Flute and Bro. Steve Campbell officiating.

Interment followed at Salem Cemetery, Stilwell, OK.
