Carolene Cochran Sevenstar, the daughter of Alex Cochran and Genora Soap Cochran, was born on March 2, 1951 in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

The Lord called her home on May 21, 2020 at the age of 69 years.

Carolene was of the Baptist faith. She had a deep love for her grandchildren and also her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alex Cochran and Genora Cochran, her husband Rufus Watie and her daughter Felicia Dawn Watie.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her sons Stand Watie, Curtis Watie and Waylon Watie, all of Stilwell, OK, daughter Amalene Watie Harjo and husband Ramsey Harjo of Sallisaw, her grandchildren, Kaciera Watie, Shyley Watie, Ramsey Watie, Justin Watie, Shanae Harjo, Kalvin Harjo, Dakota Watie, Damian Watie and her great grandkids whom she adored, Kaiden Watie, Kataya Watie, Kalia Watie, Aiden Watie, Jaelyn Watie, Kamariah Watie, Nicco Watie, Amiyah Watie, Wyatt Watie, Zaliya Watie, Rayven Watie, Zaya Watie, Zavyr Watie, Bear Watie, Amelia Watie, Analicia Watie and 2 unborn great grandbabies. Her sisters include Mary Scott and husband Jerry, Sally Terrapin and husband Thomas, Susie Nofire and husband Chester, Margie Cochran, all of Stilwell. Her brothers include Jess Cochran, Willard Cochran, Monroe Cochran and wife Eva, Johnny Cochran, all of Stilwell.

Carolene will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
 

Graveside Service was held Friday, May 29, 2020 at Salem Cemetery.
