Hattie L. (Starr) Livers was born February 24, 1925 to Riley Starr and Linda (Lowery) Starr in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She went home to be with her Lord October 22, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK at the age of 81 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents: two brothers; Lynch and Charley Joe Starr, one sister; Mae Marie Starr.

She is survived by two daughters; Roberta and husband Gordan, Debra Livers, 3 sons; Robert Livers, Timothy Livers and Gary Livers, 3 grandchildren, 3 sisters; Emma Nakedhead, Vera Higgins and Larene Sellers, one brother; Elmer Starr, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Services was held at Salem Baptist Church with Samuel Nakedhead officiating. Interment followed at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Funeral Home of Tulsa, OK.
