Polly Green was born August 6, 1916 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Ned Puppy Flynn and Annie Sawney Flynn. She departed this life April 19, 2007 at her residence in Stilwell at 90 years of age.
Polly was married to Audie Green who preceded her in death.
In addition to her husband, Polly was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters, two brothers and two grandsons.
Her surviving family includes three daughters, Anna Brown and husband, Hank, Nellie Bearpaw, Pauline Linville and husband, Kenny; one son, Charles Green and wife, Nellie; one sister, Sarah Flynn and one brother, Frank Mink, all of Stilwell. Other survivors include 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, April 23, 2007 at Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Lawrence Eagle officiating. Interment followed at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
