Mary Angeline (Bug) Girdner English Gill
March 14, 1921-July 27, 2007
Mary Angeline (Bug) Girdner English Gill was born on March 14, 1921 in Bunch, Oklahoma to the family of Ralph Girdner and Mary Angeline McCoy Girdner.
She passed from this life on July 27, 2007 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years 4 months and 13 days.
Mary helped her Dad in a country store built close by the Union Grade School, now known as Cave Springs. She attended and received all of her education at Cave Springs, which she held a life long love for the school and community.
Mary held many occupations during her life, such as, working at Campbell Soup, Stilwell Canning Factory, and Doc Bean's Restaurant. She was a devoted homemaker and mother to her family. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and attended the Guiding Light Church as long as her health permitted.
Mary was preceded in death after about 20 years of marriage to Lloyd English and her second marriage of 30 years to Bobbie Gene Gill, which he always called her his "loving honey child".
Also her parents Ralph Girdner and Mary Angeline McCoy Girdner. Her brothers; and their wives and her sisters; and their husbands; Will T. Girner and wife Rose Foutch, Steve Girdner and wife Irene Delozier, Led Girdner and wife Mina Stevenson, Alton Girnder and wife Lilian Stevenson, Otis Girdner and wife Hanana Worley, Barney Girdner and wife Dora Maloy, Shelby Girdner and wife Myrtle Pack, Bryan Girdner and wife Jewel Stilwell, Charley Girdner, and infant Baby Andy, Lorraine Hendrickson and husband Luther Hendrickson, Sarah Nan Hodge and husband Sam Hodge, and Buela Girdner.
Mary was next to the youngest of a large family of 14 children. She was privileged to have a close relationship with many of the nieces and nephews, which she loved and cherished until her death.
Mary leaves behind her son Lloyd John English, daughter Rebecca (Becky) English, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, countless nieces and nephews, cousins, and beloved friends which will miss her greatly.
Officiating her funeral, Rev. Ronnie Ford, music by the Guiding Light Singers, Mansion Over the Hilltop, Stroll Over Heaven and I Sure Miss You.

Interment was at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
