Carl William Walker Sr., son of Henry Edward and Elsie Marie (Pershing) Walker was born October 9, 1934 in Chewey, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 24, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years, 3 months and 15 days.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his children; Carol Pulliam and husband Frank, Karen Walker all of Sacramento, CA, Carl Walker Jr. and wife Nicole of Reno, NV, Susie Wilson and husband Ray of Lake Tahoe, CA and Jack Walker of Reno, NV. 1 brother; Doyle Walker of Vacaville, CA, 2 sisters; Olie McGregor of Oraville, CA, Edna Yanko of Sonora, CA, 8 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Graveside services were held at 1 pm on Monday, January 28, 2013 at New Hope Cemetery, Chewey, OK with Bro. Leon Hitcher officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home.
