Sarah Ann (Conrad) Adair
September 3, 1945 - July 6, 2006
Sarah Ann (Conrad) Adair was born September 3, 1945 in Stilwell, OK to Bill and Ida (Coon) Adair.
She passed from this life July 6, 2006 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 60 years.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Charolette, 4 brothers and a sister.
She is survived by 2 sons, Tim Fountain and his wife, Dianna, and B. J. Conrad both of Tahlequah; a daughter, Tracy Conrad, of Tahlequah; 5 grandchildren and a host of Nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends
Services will by 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2006 at Mulberry Tree Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Fisher and Mary K. Starr officiating.
Interment will follow at Mulberry Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements directed by Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
