Glen "Beaver" Sam, son of Leo and Betty (Fourkiller) Sam, was born on December 13, 1967 in Madera, California and departed this life on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years and 4 months.

He was a member of the Fairfield Baptist Church. He loved being with his family and his friends. His hobbies were coon hunting, fishing, playing softball and taking care of his chickens. He worked as a farm hand and laborer.

Beaver was preceded in death by his parents: Leo and Betty Sam, niece: Casey Lynn Sam.

Beaver is survived by a loving family. His son: Kyle Sam of Stilwell, OK, daughter: Victoria Loudermilk of Dustin, OK, brothers: Edgar Sam and wife Marie Scott, Patrick Sam, sisters: Rebecca Gonzalez and husband Tony, Rhonda Tidwell and husband Bryan, special nieces: Stacy Barraza and husband Luis, Stephanie Longoria and husband Basilio, all of Stilwell, several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He will be missed.
