Inola Bertha McElroy, the daughter of Columbus Lee and Nora (Mooreland) Winkler, was born February 24, 1938, in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

She departed this life November 18, 2012, in Stilwell, Oklahoma, at the age of 74.

Inola was married to Orval Lee McElroy and this union was blessed with three children, Joy, Sheila and Rodney. Inola loved going for walks, shopping, cooking, and watching old western movies. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Rock Springs, Wyoming and attended Honey Hill Church in Stilwell while her health permitted.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Orval McElroy, one brother, Bobby Winkler, three sisters, Betty Huntley, Shirley Barker and Fena Mae Eli, and two infant sisters.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son, Rodney McElroy, of Rock Springs, WY; two daughters, Joy Lay and Sheila Tiller, of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Joyce Mullins and husband, Don; sister-in-law, Jill Winkler, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 23, 2012, at Honey Hill Cemetery with Bro. Glenn Hopkins officiating. Burial is under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
