Connie Lee Horn, daughter of Bernice Ellis and Shirley Aileen Winkler was born March 17, 1962 in Hinton, OK and departed this life on September 11, 2014 in Salina, OK at the age of 52 years 5 months and 25 days.

Connie enjoyed the duties that followed her role of being a very loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She loved crafts, sewing, gardening, traveling and floating. She attended Grace Chapel Church. She worked as a convenience store manager.

Connie was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Barker.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband Tom Horn of the home, son: Steve Ellis and wife Leanna of Stilwell, OK, 2 stepdaughters Crystal Braxton and husband William of Ft. Smith, AR, Renee Matlock and husband Larry of Stilwell, OK, 12 grandchildren Zach, Devon, Hailee, Kelsey, Aaron, Kage, Emily, Caleb, William Jr., Calvin, Hunter and Fisher. Step father Mack Barker of Stilwell, OK, brother Bobby Ellis of Oklahoma City, OK, 2 half sisters Tonya and Crystal Ellis, father in law Gary Horn and wife Joann of Stilwell, OK, several other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Graveside services at 2 pm on Monday, September 15, 2014 at Honey Hill Cemetery, Stilwell, Ok with Bro. Lyle Cunningham officiating.

Interment followed under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
