Janice Sue Hanlin, daughter of Benjamine and Pearl Marie (Hamlin) Duck was born July 31, 1954 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on June 16, 2009 at Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 54 years, 10 months and 16 days.
 
Janice is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband; Jack Hanlin of the home in Stilwell, her son; Jerry Hanlin and wife Shellie of Muskogee, OK., her daughter; Jamie Thurber and husband Jason of Westville, OK., her grandchildren; Cade, Jett and soon to arrive granddaughter, Alexis Janae Hanlin all of Muskogee, Benjamin and Cole Thurber of Westville, her mother; Pearl Duck of Stilwell, a brother; Delbert Duck and wife Patsy of Hulbert, OK., her sisters; Frances Still and husband Elvin of Siloam Springs, AR., Shirley Worth of Stilwell, her sister in law; Carolyn Goins and husband Mike of Tulsa, OK., several other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Funeral services were held, Friday, June 19, 2009 in the 1st Assembly of God Church, Tahlequah, OK., with Rev. Terry Stone, Rev. Mack Crittenden, and Rev. Elvin Still officiating.

Interment followed in the Honey Hill Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
