Edna Josephine HAMLIN, daughter of Frank THOMAS and Florence ARNOLD THOMAS was born October 10, 1909 in Stilwell and departed this life to be with our Lord, May 6, 1999 at the Stilwell Nursing Home at the age of 89 years, 6 months and 25 days.

Edna was married to Lee HAMLIN on October 30, 1923 and to this union were born eight children; Boyd, Bill, Paul, Effie, Wilma, Pearl, Faye and Juanita.

She is preceded in death by both parents; husband, Lee HAMLIN; one son, Boyd "Gabby" HAMLIN, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, three brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by: two sons, Bill and Paul of Okla.; five daughters, Effie, Pearl, Juanita and Wilma of Okla., and Faye of Ark.; thirty grandchildren, seventy-four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were held Monday, May 10, 1999 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home Chapel in Stilwell with Bro. Jimmie VARNELL, Bro. Bobby COTHREN and Dallas PEWTTIGREW officiating.

Interment followed at the Honey Hill Cemetery.
