Robert Michael Arnett, known as "Mike" to all who knew him, was born on October 18, 1954 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Raymond and Bernadean Mildred (Mills) Arnett. He passed from this life on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his home near Stilwell, Oklahoma to be with his departed loved ones.

Mike was a well-known entrepreneur in the community. He made friends easily, always had a smile when you saw him and helped whoever, whenever he could.

He married Gwen Jacquot on March 21, 1981. Their family grew with the addition of their sons. They enjoyed over 36 years together. Mike was a member of the First Christian Church. He will be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Raymond and Bernadean Arnett, brothers: Dawton and John Arnett, sister: Brenda Arnett.

Mike is survived by his wife: Gwen Arnett, sons: Cory Arnett and Chris Arnett, of the home near Stilwell, grandchildren: Michael Arnett, Megan Arnett, Maylie Arnett of Stilwell and a multitude of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Monday, September 18, 2017 at the First Christian Church, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Eldon Wilson officiating.

Interment followed at Freewater Cemetery, Stilwell, Oklahoma under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
