Nina (Sanders) Waeltz

Nina (Sanders) Waeltz, 63, of Stilwell, Oklahoma passed from this life Sunday, February 23, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was born to Richard Feathers and Nellie (Scraper) Sanders December 1, 1956 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Waeltz; son, Raymond Sanders; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
 

Nina loved spending time with her family. When her children were younger, she would load them in her car and drive them around to random places. She could often be found gardening, cooking or shopping. She loved to work. During the weekend, she would load up in her car and travel through town to numerous yard sales.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Jennifer Waeltz of Stilwell, Oklahoma; son, Thomas Waeltz; grandson, Dakota Flynn; two granddaughters, Alyssia Waeltz and Eboney Waeltz; sister, Jessie Shell; three brothers, Dusty Feathers, JB Feathers and Roy Feathers; a host of other relatives also survive her.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Cherry Tree Baptist Church in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 28, 2020 at Cherry Tree Baptist Church with Bro. Sam Nakedhead officiating.

Burial will follow in Feathers Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma.


Arrangements and services are entrusted to Parsons-Canoe-Beggs Funeral Home of Collinsville, Oklahoma.
