Marjorie Fannie Bawel

Marjorie F. Bawel, daughter of Eli K. and Ruth M. (Glick) Zook was born July 12, 1929 in Belleville, PA and departed this life on February 8, 2015 in Muldrow, OK at the age of 85 years, 6 months and 27 days.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed the duties of being a very loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt to her family. She enjoyed and spent many hours quilting and also loved spending time with her family. Her nieces and nephews fondly remember her always giving them treats.

She was preceded in death by her parents Eli and Ruth Zook and 2 brothers; Marvin Zook and Richard Zook.

Marjorie is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; James Bawel, Merna Bawel, Keith Bawel and wife Jamie, Tanice MacGowan and husband Dave, 3 grandchildren Michael Millar, Meagan MacGowan and Joseph MacGowan. 1 sister; Dorcas Millar and husband John of Elohim City, OK, 1 brother; Tim Zook and wife Coral of Sebring, FL, sister in law; Betty Zook of Portland, OR, Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

She was laid to rest at Elohim City Cemetery. Services were entrusted to Roberts Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
