Walter Sixkiller was born on October 10, 1855 in Oklahoma (I.T.) to Sixkiller born in OK (I.T.) and Thorna born in I.T.
He died on January 18, 1928 at 1:30 p.m., in OK. He was listed as a indian, widowed male.
The cause of death was listed as apoplexy. T. W. Blackburn M.D. was listed as certifying doctor and stated he saw the deceased at home once.
Frank Sixkiller of Sperry OK was the informant. W. C. Lee was the registrar, report filed January 19, 1928.
He was buried in the Fletcher aka Dahlonegah Cemetery.
L. L. Culver was listed as the undertaker.
