Samuel Sixkiller was born on November 25, 1852 in Oklahoma (I.T.) to Arch Sixkiller born in OK (I.T.) and Nancy Lesley.
He died on May 4, 1924. He was listed as a indian, widowed male.
The cause of death was listed as cardiac failure. T. W. Blackburn M.D. was listed as certifying doctor and stated he saw the deceased from March 27, 1924 to May 4, 1924. He last saw him alive on April 23,1924.
Arch Sixkiller of Stilwell was the informant. W. C. Lee was the registrar, report filed May 5, 1924.
He was buried on May 5, 1924, in the Fletcher aka Dahlonegah Cemetery.
W. E. Reed was listed as the undertaker.
