Susie Lee Springwater Eagle was born on April 17, 1937 to Dora Adair and Albert Springwater. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 3, 2014 at the age of 77.

Susie was raised in the Cherry Tree Community and was a member of Vann Baptist Church. She worked as a home health provider for 30 years. At the age of 33 she started playing the one sport she loved, softball. Many of her other hobbies include: catching crawdads, fishing, sewing, digging for onions and Kuntchi. She also loved going to church and singings.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert Springwater and Dora Adair, sons: Jimmy Edward Eagle and Darrell Wayne Geno Eagle.

She is survived by daughters: Margaret Ann Eagle Wermy and husband Ralph, Jr. of Lawrence, KS, Beatrice Scott of Stilwell, OK, sons: Albert Wayne Eagle and Lawrence Scott, Jr., both of Stilwell, 10 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, 13 great grandchildren and a multitude of friends and other family members. She left behind many memories throughout her life.

Funeral services were held at 11 am on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Cherry Tree Baptist Church, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Merle Gregory and Bro. George Polecat officiating.

Interment followed at Chulio Cemetery, Stilwell, OK under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
