Glenda Rose Bolin

Glenda Rose Bolin, daughter of James Thearl Rich and Eva Viola (Carter) Rich, was born on January 26, 1937 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and passed from this life on February 2, 2011 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years and 7 days.
Glenda was a lifelong resident of the Stilwell area. She was a familiar face and always had a smile for those she met. Glenda married Leon Bolin on December 22, 1970 at the Baptist Church in Stilwell. The Lord blessed them with 40 years together. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Stilwell. Glenda cherished her role as a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Eva (Carter) Rich.
Glenda leaves behind a loving family that includes her husband: Leon Bolin of the home in Stilwell, her son: Tracy L. Bolin and wife Jeana of Tahlequah, grandchildren: Austin, Brett and Lexi Bolin of Tahlequah, brothers: Jearld Rich of Muskogee, OK, Harold Rich of Broken Arrow, OK, Burl Rich and wife Eva of Muskogee, Jim D. Rich and wife Sarah of Stilwell, sisters: Colleen Murray of Stilwell, Wanda Brashears of Springdale, AR. Many other relatives and friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Blue Hothouse officiating. Interment followed at Chuculate Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
