Jacob Shane Patterson, son of Howard "Sonny" and Penny (Johnson) Patterson was born May 16, 1988 in Muskogee, Okla., and departed this life on April 5, 2016 in Petersburg, Va. at the age of 27 years, 10 months and 19 days.

He graduated from Stilwell High School in 2007. Jake worked in the construction industry. He married his wife; Cassondra Christine Brannon in Stilwell on January 20, 2012 and to this union 3 daughters were born; MaKaylah, Madelynn and Anniston. Some of his hobbies included guitar playing, fishing, hunting, and sitting around a nice bonfire.

Jake was preceded in death by his grandparents Margaret and Henry Johnson, Ed Patterson, great grandparents; Mitchell and Johnnie Nofire, and stepbrother Blake Dalton.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife, Cassondra Patterson, three daughters, MaKaylah, Madelynn and Anniston Patterson, Parents; Howard "Sonny" Patterson, Penny and Lannie Bode all of Stilwell, his grandparents Delois Buckner and Mary Jane Bode both of Stilwell, three sisters, Courtney Bode, Shannon Bode, and Chelsea Dalton. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Go get your wings, Angel. We love you.

Memorial services were held Monday, April 11, 2016 at New Life Church, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Pastor Max Ford officiating. Internment followed at Bunch Cemetery, Bunch, Oklahoma.
