Mattie Louise Cloud
June 21, 1934 - August 4, 2012
Mattie Louise Cloud, daughter of Claude and Irene (Cannalis) Longshore was born June 21, 1934 in Marble City, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on August 4, 2012 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years, 1 month and 14 days.
She married Henry Cloud on June 18, 1954 and to this union 6 children were born. She was a homemaker who enjoyed the duties that followed her role of being a very loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She was baptized on October 11, 1998 at the First Assembly of God Church in Bunch.
Mattie was preceded in death by her parents; Claude and Irene Longshore, her husband; Henry Cloud, 2 sons; Henry Jay Cloud and Darrell Cloud, 6 brothers; Cedro, Frankie, Everett, Joe, George and Luther, 5 sisters; Mary, Juanita, Helen, Lucille and Pearl.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Brenda Brown and husband Rick of Stilwell, OK, Debbie Kimble and husband Gary of Cookson, OK, Tommy Cloud and wife Kaylene of Stilwell, OK, Harold Cloud and companion Mary of Tahlequah, OK, 11 grandchildren; Rickie Brown Jr., Brandee Jo Brown, LeAnn Rogers, Kerry Kimble, Lindsey Jo Cloud, Paige Nicole Cloud, Chelsea Lea Cloud, Kendall Cloud, Hayden Cloud, Jaylene Cloud and Kristen Grayson, 5 great grandchildren; Talon Brown, Chloe Price, Anthony Cole Williams, Drake Breuklander and Knoxley Rogers.3 brothers; Claude Longshore Jr. and wife Mary of Yucca Valley, CA, Leroy Longshore of Stilwell, OK, and Ferrell Longshore of Bunch, OK, 2 very special nieces; Judy Simmons and Shirley Garrison, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Funeral services at 2 pm on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Azle Loyd and Pastor Max Ford officiating. Interment followed at Bunch Cemetery.
