Richard “Baxter” Chuculate

Richard “Baxter” Chuculate, the son of Lewis Chuculate and Lydia (Christie) Chuculate, was born January 4, 1934, in Bunch, Oklahoma. He departed this life August 18, 2010, at his home in Bunch at the age of 76 years, 7 months and 14 days.
Baxter was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked as a farm laborer before his health no longer permitted. He enjoyed watching sports, working crossword puzzles and reading. He was of the Baptist faith.
His parents and three brothers, Bobby Don, Henry and Thomas Chuculate preceded him in death. His surviving family includes three brothers, Ben Chuculate, of Bunch, Charlie Chuculate, of Tulsa and Willie Chuculate, of Russellville, AR, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2010, at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Claude Gregory officiating. Interment will follow at Bunch Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
