Harry Pike of Colcord died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007, of an extended illness. He was 73.
Mr. Pike was born Feb. 1, 1934, in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Henry and Elva (Brock) Pike.
He was a retired Simmons Industries employee.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Pike; his parents and one sister, Bulla May.
Survivors include two sons, Bud Pike and his wife Kathy of Mountain View, Mo., and Charlie Reed of Fayetteville, Ark.; two sisters, Dora Jane Buford and Marjorie Payton, both of Colcord; five brothers, Homer Pike and Jimmy Pike, both of Colcord, Charlie Pike of California, Albert Pike and Arthur Pike, and many grandchildren.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Bell Cemetery in Watts.
Arrangements are under the direction of Turner Funeral Chapel in Jay.
