Tommy Gene "Slick" Grayson

Tommy Gene "Slick" Grayson, son of John and Pauline (Hardbarger) Grayson was born May 16, 1956 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on January 15, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 7 months and 29 days.

Tommy was a member of the Log Cabin Church where he taught Sunday School and was very knowledgeable of the Bible and later attended Pleasant Valley Church. Tom loved reading the bible, playing his guitar and singing gospel music. He also enjoyed watching sports, the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; John and Pauline Grayson, brother; Alex Grayson, sister; Louise Turtle, half brother; Johnson Grayson , 4 infant brothers and sisters; 1 niece, Carolyn Denise Snead, 1 great nephew; Alexander Donivan Ray Burris.

Tommy is survived by a very loving family that includes his brothers; Joe Grayson of Stilwell, OK, John Grayson Jr. and wife Kathy of Broken Arrow, OK, sisters; Liz Guthrie of Tulsa, OK, Sarah Burris, Marilyn Cochran and husband Paul, Dora Grayson and companion David Soap all of Stilwell, Ok, 6 nieces, 8 nephews, and 21 great nieces and nephews also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Roberts Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK with Rev. George Polecat and Bro. Dewayne O'Field officiating. Interment followed at the Beaver Cemetery, Stilwell, OK.
