WOODWARD — Willard Ray Guthrie, 88, of Woodward, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at Woodward Regional Hospital. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at Billings Funeral Home Chapel, Woodward. Burial in Vonton Cemetery . Visitation 2-4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Willard was born Jan. 15, 1923, southeast of Woodward to George Edward and Alma Hazel (Root) Guthrie.

Surviving are daughters, Darlene Carter, Cynthia Guthrie-Simmons and Carolyn Guthrie-Wiseman; brother, Lester Guthrie; sister, Vera Vaughn; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and companion, Lena Farris.

Preceded in death by one brother, one sister and a granddaughter.
