Graveside: 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 14th, 2015 Mooreland Cemetery

Peggy Rutledge, 73 year old former Woodward and Mooreland resident, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Specialty Hospital in Midwest City. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the Mooreland Cemetery. Burial will follow with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Peggy Darlene (Smith) Rutledge was born on September 2, 1941 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Kenneth and Eunice Edith (Blanck) Smith. She grew up in Woodward and attended Woodward schools. Peggy worked as a Nurses Aide and she will be remembered for the love and care she showed all her patients.

She was loved and will be missed by her surviving children, Effie Ferguson of Enid; Donald Ray Loos of Newton, Iowa; Eunice Wallin of Elk City; Carol Loos of Enid; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
