Ada Velma (Phillips) Bradley was born on March 9, 1918 in Woodward County, Oklahoma to William and Minnie (Webb) Phillips. She grew up north of Mooreland and attended the Golden Belt Country School north of Mooreland. Ada was united in marriage to Lowell Kenneth Bradley on March 15, 1937 at the Woodward County Courthouse in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their first home after marriage at the house where Ada was born. In 1944 the family moved to the Dalton Ranch and later purchased the ranch in 1952. Ada worked at the Woodward Hospital for a few years but mostly stayed home to take care of her family. Ada loved the farm life so they built a new home at the ranch in 1959. In 1967, Ada and Lowell moved into Mooreland and leased the farm in 1972. Lowell preceded her in death on April 6, 1986. Ada lived at their home in Mooreland until October of 2009 when she moved to the Grace Living Center in Woodward.

Ada was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mooreland. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, but most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by one son Max Bradley and wife Carol "Mike" of Mooreland; three grandchildren, Cindy Wiscombe and husband Perry of Lenexa, Kansas, Lesleigh Lynes and husband Ryan of Bartlesville, Shana Pomoroy and husband Mike of Abilene, Texas; six grandchildren, Reilly and Ian Wiscombe; Braden and Emma Lynes; Owen and Jenna Roberts; other relatives and many friends.

Besides her husband Lowell, she was preceded in death by her daughter Donna Kay Clark in 2008, three brothers, Troy Phillips, Roy Phillips, Paul Phillips, two sisters, Herma Watson and Norma Maddux.

Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Ada to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Diabetes Research with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
