Sharlotte (Seal)Vang, 48 year old Woodward resident, died Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2022 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Donnetta Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.

Sharlotte Fay (Seal) Vang was born on March 20, 1973 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Ronnie Dean and Janice Kay (Hollis) Seal. Sharlotte grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. Sharlotte was united in marriage to Kevin Vang and to this union, they had two children, Dakota and Kaylie. She later attended the University of Oklahoma and received her RN degree from there. She worked as a LPN and as a RN and had worked at the Light House, Woodward Hospital and the White Horse Ranch.

She enjoyed going to the casino, taking care of her dog Bear, but most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her mom, Janice Seal of Woodward; one son Dakota Vang and wife Kylie of Woodward; one daughter, Kaylie Vang and Karen Estrada of Woodward; one brother, Ronnie Seal of Woodward; three grandchildren: Raelyn, Aribella, and Konner; significant other, Brian Mullins, other relatives and many friends who loved her dearly.

Sharlotte was preceded in death by her dad, Ronnie Seal, two brothers, Chris Seal, Ray Ake, and grandparents, Stella and Audie Hollis.
