Norma Lee Phillips Robertson

August 31, 1932 ~ May 11, 2019

Norma Lee Robertson, 86 of Enid, Oklahoma, passed away May 11, 2019. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.

Norma Lee (Phillips) Robertson was born August 31, 1932 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Myron and Fay Phillips. Norma grew up on her family farm and graduated from Sharon High School in 1950. After graduation she moved to California where she worked at Pacific Bell. During her time on the West coast she met and married her husband Lawrence “Robby” Robertson on July 6, 1956 in Burbank, California. She and Robby moved back to Oklahoma and raised their family in Enid. Norma was a homemaker, classroom mother and girl scout leader for many years. When Robby passed in February of 1976 she returned to work as a bookkeeper at Hospital Shared Services. Norma worked there for nearly two decades before joining the accounting department at CadCom until retirement in 2010.

She leaves behind her loving family including daughter, Cheryl Cooksey and her husband Patrick Cooksey; daughter, Patricia Robertson; daughter, Kathy Bloch and her husband James Bloch; granddaughter, Baily Bloch; and grandsons, Justin Licklider; and Jimmy Robertson; sister, JoAnne Gibson; brothers, Samuel and William Phillips; she is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Henry Robertson, her sister Shirley and one son Dennis.
