JUSTIN DEWAYNE LOUT

November 17, 1995 - June 27, 2018

Justin Lout, 22 of Woodward died Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, July 9, 2018 in Elmwood Cemetery. Interment will follow with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Justin DeWayne Lee Lout was born on November 17, 1995 the son of Dawn Elaine (Coleman) Lout and Phillip Dewayne Lout, Sr. in Merced, California. Justin attended school in Woodward. He then worked in the oilfield.

Justin loved to stand out in the crowd, he loved to take selfies with his friends and family, and listening to his music.

He is survived by his mother, Dawn Lout of Woodward; sisters, Amber Dawn Torres; Sunnie Frey; Summer Lout; Amber Lout; Ashley Lout; and Cameron Lout; brothers, Robert Walther; Paul Lara; Michael Lara; Phillip Lout, Jr.; and Austin Lout; several nieces; nephews other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, and grandmother, Shirley Coleman.
